​Helen is an experienced engagement director and facilitator.
​
She specialises in making work for and with children and vulnerable young adults.
​
She previously designed and delivered the Creative Arts Programme at Prime Theatre. CAP ran in partnership with Swindon Borough Council and engaged young adults who were care experienced, had experience of the youth justice system or had SEND/SEMH needs. As part of the programme, Helen produced a town-wide youth arts festival, as well as art exhibitions, theatre projects, creative residencies and short films. She partnered with organisations such as The British Museum, The Listening Fund and Kelmscott Manor.

She is currently an advisory panel member for Citizens for Culture, supporting the development of the UK’s first Citizens Assembly for cultural planning.

As a facilitator, Helen trained with Saul Hewish (Geese Theatre); Katy Rubin (People Powered); Artswork and Prime Theatre.
